3. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers (processors) who help us operate the Services under contracts limiting their use of your data: website hosting (Vercel), CRM and scheduling (GoHighLevel, Cal.com), email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and document/meeting tools

We do not share your information with any third party for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Artificial Intelligence
Our Services use third-party AI models to generate outputs — for example, analyzing your assessment responses and website to produce your AI Opportunity results. What this means for your data:
- Your inputs (assessment answers, website URL, business context) may be transmitted to the third-party AI providers we use to generate results
- We use these providers under commercial terms that do not permit your data to be used to train their public models by default
- AI-generated assessment results are estimates based on the information you provide and public signals; they are informational, not professional advice
- We may review AI inputs and outputs to ensure quality and improve our Services
5. International Data Transfers
We are established in the European Union. Some of our service providers are located in the United States or other countries outside the EEA, so your personal data may be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- Inquiry and assessment data: up to 24 months after your last interaction with us
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting laws
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Where deletion is not immediately feasible (e.g., backups), we isolate the data until deletion is possible
7. How We Protect Your Data
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and periodic security reviews. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies — required for the Site to function
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Site is used
- Advertising cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google tags) — measure and improve our ad campaigns
Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent via our cookie banner. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Everyone can contact us at admin@eleventh.ai to access, correct, or delete their personal information, and can unsubscribe from marketing via the link in any email.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Exercising your rights: email admin@eleventh.ai. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming the email address associated with your data) and respond within the timelines required by applicable law (one month under GDPR).

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
